I'm a tall woman with a broad frame, and though my 34B breasts weren't extremely small, they just didn't look proportionate to the rest of my body. Don't bother with padded bras, inserts, or implants--you won't need them if you use Perfect Curves! My cup size grew from a AA to a C within a year!
